About this house rental
You will find peace, relaxation and nature in Emil's Hus! It is a typical Småland country house and belongs to the Rösjönäs farm. Children enjoy the large areas for playing, outdoors and indoors. Leisure activities start right on the doorstep. 300 m nature path to Rösjön with rowing boat (use included in the rental price), fireplace, grill and rustic seating area.
Child-friendly bathing spots and various fishing waters are nearby, and well-known destinations such as Vimmerby with Astrid Lindgren's World, Elk Park, the wooden town of Eksjö and the island of Öland are within easy reach.
Emils Hus is lovingly furnished and offers a lot of space, indoors and outdoors. 110 sqm, with a practically equipped kitchen, living room, toilet on the ground floor, 3 bedrooms, shower / toilet and balcony on the upper floor. Magnificent garden, 3,000 sqm, garden furniture, barbecue.
4 km to the popular and child-friendly bathing area with diving platform and playground in Näshult, where there is also Näshult's restaurant & café, mini golf and a worth seeing wooden church.
Summer and winter activities for the whole family: swimming, cycling, paddling, fishing, hiking, walking on forest paths, nature trails, wildlife observation, cross-country skiing, two smaller ski facilities with ski rental and drag lift are each 25 km away, ice skating on the lake (of course only in cold weather).
Attractive excursion destinations: Astrid Lindgren's world in Vimmerby, furniture and glass kingdom with well-known Swedish design, moose parks, the traditional wooden town of Eksjö, Kleva gruva, the island of Öland.
The closest neighbor, 300 m from Emils Hus, is us, the landlords. We would be happy to provide you with fresh breakfast eggs. You can pick wild berries and mushrooms near Emils Hus!
We speak German, English and Swedish and would also be happy to answer you by phone. If you have any special requests, just ask us!
We are happy to give you tips for excursions for young and old, hiking tips on nearby hiking trails and of course we also help you with the purchase of fishing permits for different waters. We are also happy to help you with bicycles, mountain bikes, canoes and kayaks.

Emils hus har en dejlig stemning og man føler sig straks godt tilpas. Udlejerne er særdeles søde og hjælpsomme og området er super skønt. Masser af smuk skov og natur og frisk luft.

Vi havde den dejligste vintertur til Emils hus! Vores tvillinger på 6 år siger at det er den bedste ferie, de nogensinde har været på! Vi elskede alle hus, skov og sø....

Ulrike und Jürgen Dück sind ganz tolle Vermieter. Sie haben unseren Urlaub in Emils Hus zu einer unvergesslichen Zeit in Smaland gemacht. Sie haben sich viel Zeit für uns genommen und standen immer mit Tipps und Rat zur Seite. Unser 5 jähriger Sohn war begeistert vom Angel und der Natur. Auch Hühner füttern war der Hit. Wir waren auf jedes Wetter gut vorbereitet. Pilze sammeln war auch toll!Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt. Die Ruhe und Natur lässt einen total runter kommen. Danke für eine tolle Zeit. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder.
