About this house rental
In the heart of the Algarve, in Porches/Armacao de Pera, the pool villa is located on a well-kept, park-like property with many palm trees, exotic plants, and flowers.
The property is located in a residential area directly on the busy road, with seasonal traffic, that leads to the town (approx. 2.5 km) and the approximately 8 km long sandy beach, with a beautiful promenade, as well as many restaurants, cafes, bars, and good shopping opportunities. Free parking is available on the street.
The house's garden is not suitable for small children!!! (cacti, holly, and an unprotected pool). Children 13 years and older are welcome.
The German owners live in the neighboring house and lovingly look after guests if needed. The garden and pool are exclusively for the use of the villa's guests.
On the ground floor of the lovingly furnished house is the large living room with a dining area, air conditioning, satellite and cable TV, and a large terrace overlooking the pool and the beautiful garden. There's also a large, open-plan, extremely well-equipped kitchen.
A guest toilet is located in the hallway.
Upstairs is a large bedroom with air conditioning and a lovely terrace, a bathtub, a shower room, a bidet, and an en-suite bathroom. There's also a second, smaller bedroom with an en-suite shower room.
The house has free Wi-Fi.
The villa's location is an ideal starting point for all activities and excursions.
During the winter months, electricity consumption is paid directly on site. (€0.30/kWh)

Absolutely wonderful stay! Rumjana couldn’t have been a more helpful host. Villa was wonderfully clean and comfortable and the garden and pool amazing. Can’t recommend highly enough.

We had a lovely stay in Porches last week. The house is fully equipped (a.o. 2 bathrooms, separate WC, dishwasher, washing machine and a big bath) for a relaxing holiday. The house was also very clean. The garden is simply amazing; full of plants and flowers. There is a nice pool and a BBQ as well. The owner is very helpful and ensures you have a good holiday. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Positives - very clean, beautiful garden and pool, owners are polite and obliging. Lots of towel options available. Comfy bed. Good location for restaurants, supermarkets and traveling. Able to access the property earlier than expected.
Negatives - no oven and only microwave and hob. Very close to main road. No secure parking on site. All entertainment in either German or Portugese. No information pack explaining about wifi log ins and what is available in local area. Lacks privacy due to owners watering and cleaning pool and being next door and within same grounds of villa.
Overall our one night stay was ok but failed in areas that need improving to cater for all nationalities.
