About this house rental
Perfectly situated near Melbourne Airport and Melbourne CBD, this brand new modern townhouse is suited for travellers intending to travel around Melbourne that may not want to stay directly in the CBD. Our place is a relaxing getaway only 10-15 mins to the Airport, and 20-30 mins from the CBD. Check in is after 2pm. The Smart Lock PIN to obtain entry keys will be forwarded to you via text prior to check in.
Space:
Bedrooms: 2 fully-furnished bedrooms, spacious living, fully-equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee and tea, desk, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets, fully-equipped laundry and remote control garage. Both bedrooms have a queen bed with full length mirrored wardrobes and bedside tables with lamps. Bathrooms: Fresh towels will be provided for you during your stay. Toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel will be provided. Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to get started for your stay. There are all the basic kitchen utensils/equipment, a kettle, toaster and a large fridge/freezer. We have a dishwasher, and a gas stove with oven. Laundry: You will have full access to our front loader washer. Initial supply of laundry detergent will be provided. Outside Space: Private back yard with table and chairs for sitting.
