About this apartment rental
The apartment is near Magdeburg (10 minutes). The train station is only 200 meters away. The old building apartment was newly renovated. The bedroom has 2 beds that can be placed as a single or double bed. The living room has another bed on a sofa bed. This is well suited for an adult or 2 children. The kitchen is designed as an eat-in kitchen and also has a dishwasher, a fridge and freezer, an oven and a microwave.
The bathroom is spacious and has a shower and a bathtub.
Towels and bed linen are fresh on arrival and included.
There are plenty of shopping opportunities for groceries in Biederitz. For example Aldi is just 800m away.
The trains to Magdeburg run every 30 minutes and you are in the city on the HBF MD in 12 minutes.
We also have a children's travel bed and seat for the smallest guests.
The bathroom is spacious and has a shower and a bathtub.

The photos accurately show the spacious interior and beautiful furnishings so you instantly relax upon arrival. The welcome treats were also a nice surprise. An additional bonus: to be able to enjoy dinner sitting outside in the pavilion (and still have wifi)! The location is excellent for cycling and it is easy to cycle in to Magdeburg (maybe 15-20 mins by bike)? nb: Aldi supermarket is currently closed due to rebuilding but there is another supermarket opposite (did not go there). Edeka is also not far and very easy to get to by bike (take the shortcut on the bike path running alongside the rail tracks). Mr Grundmann was quick to respond to all my questions before arrival and when there, he was very helpful with tips. He really does enjoy having guests and truly wants you to have an enjoyable stay. I would want to stay again - so that says it all!

Schon das Ankommen war angenehm, Herr Grundmann nahm vorher Kontakt mit uns auf. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und praktisch eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden was man so brauchen kann. Sogar ein Korb mit Leckerem fand sich auf dem Küchentisch, wirklich eine besondere Aufmerksamkeit. Überhaupt war unser Gastgeber sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir können die Adresse nur wärmstens empfehlen. Und die Umgebung ist einfach nur toll!

Die Wohnung ist einfach toll, entspricht genau dem, was man aus dem Inserat erfährt. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, alles verlief völlig unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und sagen noch einmal " Danke"! Wenn wieder mal Magdeburg, dann nur in dieser Wohnung!

Trotz des schlechten Wetters haben wir die Woche in Biederitz sehr genossen. Der Vermieter, Herr Grundmann, war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Alles super und mit Weiterempfehlung.
