The MAR Y TEIDE ROMANTICO offers all-day fantastic views of the coast, the sea, the mountains and the Teide.
The residential complex, where the apartment MAR Y TEIDE ROMANTICO is located, is considered the luxury residence of Puerto de la Cruz. The many large and expensive cars that you see in the underground garage, prove this too.
The building is located in the new modern area of the district El Durazno of Puerto de la Cruz. Here is the generous cut of the future: broad, comfortable roads, wide, easy footpaths and lots of green space - an example of the fact that you can skilfully combine the concepts of Tenerife in a generous, forward-looking and nature-loving way - as well as rest, relaxation and the Close to supermarkets, shops and restaurants.
The MAR Y TEIDE ROMANTICO, including its two terraces, has about 80 sqm built area with optimal use of space: divided into a pleasantly large living and dining room, a large bedroom with walk-in closet, a beautiful fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a very large Shower.

And all day long, you'll have fantastic all-round views of the mountains surrounding the Orotava Valley, the towering majestic Teide, the sea and Puerto de la Cruz.

Thank you both for an excellent holiday. We very much enjoyed staying in your apartment. You were very good hosts indeed. The welcome pack of wine and food was very much appreciated.
The Mar y Teide Romantico is a good location on the edge of Puerto, which allowed us to explore the town and the coastal walks without needing to use the car. Shops are within easy walking distance and access to the autopista is very good for exploring the north coast by car. The apartment is spacious and we enjoyed using the private balcony which faced the setting sun, a fantastic retreat to return to after our adventures each day. The location enabled us to enjoy many coastal walks along the north coast of the island, from Faro de Teno in the west to Punta del Hidalgo in the east, walk in the Anaga Mountains at the east end, the Teno Mountains at the west end and the Teide National Park in the centre, and also to enjoy exploring many hillside towns, coastal villages and the historic town of La Laguna. All were within easy travel distance, which is exactly what we wanted on our first visit to Tenerife.
We had a wonderful time with you in Tenerife and we shall certainly return.
