Cozy vacation apartment right on the beach

The vacation rental is located on a cul-de-sac that ends at the beach. Right next to the house, which sits on the cliffs, there is a staircase leading down to the beach. The apartment is about 40 square meters and consists of a living room and a combined room with a kitchenette and a 1.40-meter-wide sleeper sofa that can be unfolded into a double bed. In the living room, two comfortable beds can be folded out of the built-in cabinet in a single motion. This provides sleeping accommodations for four people. The bathroom, which includes a shower, toilet, and washing machine, is accessible from the living room. A balcony spans the entire width of the apartment, where you can enjoy breakfast in the sun. The living room is equipped with cable TV, a DVD player, a CD radio, and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a stove with a microwave and grill, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle, and everything else you need for daily living. Bedding is provided; however, you’ll need to bring your own sheets, towels, and dish towels, or you can rent them for a fee of €20 per person. The apartment comes with a parking space. This is particularly important because parking fees apply to the spaces in front of the building due to the direct beach access.
In addition to the rental cost, there is a €50 fee for final cleaning, which is to be left in the apartment upon departure. You must also pay the visitor’s tax to me; the tourist office will bill me for these fees. The visitor cards are in the apartment.
