Private: property 1 ha (fenced), terraced garden, 300 m2 with flowers, swimming pool with privacy (6 x 12 m, depth 120 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.). Shower/WC in the pool area, table tennis, patio, pergola (40 m2), garden furniture, barbecue (slide, swing). In the house: internet access, hot tub, relaxation room, air conditioning, burglar alarm system, washing machine, bicycle rental. (extra). Cook on request (extra). Parking on the premises. The property is well kept (separate maintenance for pool visits property regularly). The owner who I talked on the phone speaks fluent English but the couple who gave the keys and explained electricity costs (outside gate is a meter) etc talked only Italian but we managed. 3 bedrooms are in the main building upper floor. In the pool house there are 2 bedrooms, the other has access to pool. All rooms have aircon and bathroom. You need a car to get to shops & restaurants. Radicofani village nice!

Uitstekende woning maar beetje verouderde inrichting: te oude matrassen, oude badkamers, zwakke Wifi, keuken inrichting kon beter voor deze prijsklasse. Maar fijne locatie en zwembad. Wat me wel stoorde was de zwaar overdreven aanrekening van elektriciteit: 0,75 euro per kWh, dat is minstens driemaal de werkelijke prijs van elektriciteit in Italië. Het kan niet dat hierop zoveel winst genomen wordt.

Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und können das Haus wärmstens empfehlen. Bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten wie Poollicht etc. war alles in sehr gutem Zustand und hat alles geboten was man braucht. Einen Wermutstropfen gab es aber doch. Die Stromabrechnung bei der Abfahrt ist inakzeptabel. Da werden 0,75 Euro kW/h verlangt, das ist über dem doppelten, bzw. das dreifache des Strompreises, also eine Bereicherung an den Nebenkosten. So hat die hinterlegte Kaution nicht gereicht die Stromkosten zu decken. Dies bitte ich auch von Interhome zu überprüfen, da ich so etwas noch nie beim Mieten eines Hauses oder einer Wohnung erlebt habe. Wlan außerdem nur in kleinem Bereich. Sauberkeit Pool, liefern für Holz für Pizzaofen top. Alles incl. Küche, Sitzplätze etc. für 10 Leute sehr gut ausgestattet

Das Haus und seine Lage sind wunderschön! Aber: verschiedene kleinere und größere technische Mängel zeigen, dass das Haus nicht sorgfältig unterhalten wird.Schade!
