About this house rental
The house is one of 18 small semi-detached house with a floor space of Hälten 120sqm and einenm private plot of 270 sqm. It is the second home of the owner and therefore fully equipped with all mod cons. It is ideally located and very quiet near the Green Zone in a purely residential area of Miami Playa. It features a large terrace and an outdoor barbecue, parking directly at Hauseingagn in enclosed, secure area. The Rates are seasonal. In the Community area you will find a spacious swimming pool with freshwater, a lounge (meeting room which is often used by children to paint, to play board games, etc., a pool bar, which is lovingly managed by our home caregivers. Once a week, a Spanish evening is offered in the form of a Gemeinschaftssanlage in barbeques, so that the guests also can exchange.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr komfortabel, geht über zwei Etagen und bietet reichlich Platz. Toll ist, dass man eine private Terrasse und Garten hat aber auch in wenigen Metern am Pool ist. Die Hausbetreuerin ist super nett und hat uns bei Fragen und sonstigen Dingen direkt geholfen. Toll ist auch, dass man Abends an der Bar mit anderen Leuten quatschen kann wenn man möchte.

Wir haben schon3 Objekte in einiger Zeit besucht, wir sind immmer sehr begeistert- vor allen bei der Betreung der Anlage
(bei Elli) Sie hat immmer ein offenes Ohr und kannn tipps für die Touren im Umfeld geben-Barcelona-Tarragona und einiges mehr.Es ist immer sehr sauber und bei kleinen Problemen ist Elli Immer da es zu lösen. Wir würden dieses Domiziel immmer weiter empfehlen (Freunde waren auch schon mit und waren auch angetan)voralllem der Strand da ist nicht so übervölkert wie in z. b. Benidorm oder so auch am So. kann mann noch Ball spielen oder so, Es ist natürlich keine Partymeile aber wer es mal krachen lassen will hat einige möglichkeiten im Ort in den kleinen aber feinen Clubs- oder mit dem Zug in den nächsten Ort zu (Cambrills) zu fahren und abzufeiern ist total Easy.
Für Teenis ist es leider etwas langweilig, weil die am liebsten die Party vor der hätten.
Aber wir 50-45 19-17 Jahre) Fahren dieses Jahr wieder da hin!!!
