Newly built in 2017 bright holiday home on a small fine resort in Noordholland. This is located on a large island about 2 hectares in a large lake, passable over a bridge. The house is furnished with all the utensils needed for a relaxing holiday. Comfortable furniture, elaborate kitchen, flat screen TV, bathroom with luxury furniture and high-tech shower, covered terrace with garden furniture and outdoor grill.
Distance about 500m to the IJsselmeer with its gravel and fine sandy beaches. Boating, kite surfing, fishing, cycling, shopping, good restaurants make your holiday a pleasure. Attractions, sights, museums, for young and old in the immediate vicinity. Beautiful old Dutch cities, with charming architecture few minutes away, B. Medemblik - 5km - Hoorn 20km - Enkuizen - 25km - or even Amsterdam 60km. There is a children's play area, a large private playground with a kiosk, a terrace and many highlights such as trampolines, large slides, wooden railways, swings and so on - which can be used free of charge by our small guests. Three kilometers away a swimming pool with water slide - Indore playground up to 16 years about 5 km away. Next port in Medemblik - with its historical station and dike with boat dock for cruises. In Enkuizen is another large Indore swimming pool directly adjoining fine sandy beach by the sea. Spokjesland also in Enkuizen, for children up to 12 years is a cheap popular attraction used by young families or grandparents with grandchildren. Golf course in the immediate vicinity

In the period from 08. 09. to 19. 05. the additional costs (gas 4.90 Euro per cubic meter, water 3.50 Euro per cubic meter, electricity 0.35 Euro per KWH) are calculated according to actual consumption.
All year round is also the final cleaning with 60 €. To be paid locally.
