Cosy and homely terrace house in a quiet residential area on the southern tip of the island, about 1 km west of the resort of Punta Prima.
2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, open well equipped kitchen with dining area, satellite TV, washing machine, furnished terrace and private garden with resting place. Only local traffic, parking space next to the house, bus stop 200 m.
50 m from the sea (rocky coast), 1 bar and 2 restaurants. Add Punta Prima (10 minutes walking) beach, restaurants, shopping and leisure activities. San Lluis is 5 km away, the capital city Mahon 14 km.
As the ideal base for a relaxing holiday, which has for the individual holidaymakers to offer from cozy evenings on the patio and walks by the sea, about swimming and sports, to tours of historical and cultural sights everything. A car is recommended, especially if you want to explore the different landscapes and cities in the north of the island. Shopping and the capital Mahon, with their diverse range and the impressive harbor, but also are easily reached by bus. Even everything is accessible on foot already in Punta Prima, what you need for a relaxing holiday by the sea like that.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison malgré une chaleur écrasante!
La douche extérieure est très appréciable et les ventilateurs aussi même si l’un d’entre eux est bruyant!

Maison confortable ou rien ne manque, cuisine très bien équipée, 3 chambres, ventilateurs dans toutes les pièces, 2 terrasses qui permettent d’être à l’ombre toute la journée, la mer à deux pas ( rochers certes, mais magnifique !). Nous reviendrons 😃!

Kleines Häuschen am Wasser mit Zugang zu einer kleinen steinigen Bucht, in der man morgens schon schnell ins Meer springen kann. Das Haus ist mit allem Haus ausgestattet, was man braucht und sehr sauber und gepflegt.
