About this villa rental
"Villa Soleil des Adrets" offers approx. 140 m2 of interior living space on two levels, a large solarheated private pool (10x5m) in landscaped surrounds plus covered large terrace for outdoor living. Set in beautiful secluded grounds of 1.500 m2 with mediterranean trees and Provencal flora. This beautiful villa is fully equipped and offers at any time of the year peace,relaxation and recovery. From here you can reach the lively centres of Cannes, Nice and Antibes in only a few minutes. In about one hour drive you get the glamorous Saint-Tropez in the south and Monaco in the north.
By car the mediterranean sea and the breathtaking bay of Cannes are only 15 minutes away. The lake 'Lac de Saint Cassien,' which begins right behind the resort offers another contrasting alternative to the lively beaches and city life.
The south-facing terrace with its large swimming pool offers an uninterrupted views over the valley and our little village.
The French Riviera is famous for its mild Mediterranean climate. Even in winter on sunny days the temperature can reach between 15 and 20 °C. August is the warmest month but even in summer temperatures rarely exceed the 30°C.
With over 300 sunny days in the year the 'Villa Soleil des Adrets' promises clear holiday mood in a family-friendly surrounding.
Modern high-quality windows, the large Sauna, our secure fire place in the living room and the underfloor heating in each room promise a relaxing and comfortable stay also during the colder period of the year.
By the way, during your stay you will use the property (villa and pool) alone! As experienced French Riviera fans, we know that this cannot taken for granted...

Das Haus entspricht 1:1 der Beschreibung und ist voll umgänglich ausgestattet. Die Dusche im EG ist ein Traum, wie auch der große Pool. Die Hängematte war auch fast immer von einem Familienmitglied in Beschlag genommen. Die Informationen in der Infomappe seitens des Vermieters sind mit großer Sorgfalt auf die Bedürfnisse der Gäste abgestimmt. Der Ort an sich ist ruhig und liegt doch nahe der voller Leben steckenden Code Azur. Für alle Geschmäcker von Südfrankreich Urlaubern ist was dabei. Wir verzichteten weitgehend auf Ausflüge, da das Feriendomizil und die direkte Umgebung uns alles geboten hat, was für einen erholsamen Urlaub notwendig ist. Vielen Dank dafür. Wir empfehlen das Haus uneingeschränkt weiter!

Wir hatten eine ganz wunderbare Woche in der Villa Soleil des Adrets! Das Wetter war traumhaft, genauso wie das Haus und insbesondere der Pool (und die Sonnenuntergänge)! In echt sieht alles noch viel schöner aus als auf den Fotos!
Man merkt, dass das Haus von den Eigentümern selbst genutzt wird, Ausstattung und Einrichtung sind perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und tatsächlich das Haus/den Pool selten verlassen. Um mehr von der Provence zu sehen, müssen wir nochmal wiederkommen;)
Der Kontakt mit den Eigentümern war sehr angenehm und verbindlich, wir haben zu allen Fragen eine schnelle, ausführliche und hilfreiche Antwort erhalten. Die Abstimmung mit Sally, der Verwalterin, hat auch wunderbar funktioniert!
Alles in allem eine tolle Zeit! Die Villa Soleil ist absolut empfehlenswert!

Mit 4 Erwachsenen und 5 Kindern haben wir im Sommer 2016 zwei wunderschöne Wochen in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Das Haus hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Es ist gepflegt und hat eine sehr angenehme Größe für zwei befreundete Familien mit genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten im Innen- uns Außenbereich.
Die Ausstattung ist wirklich toll! Alles was man für einen entspannten Sommerurlaub braucht, ist im Haus vorhanden. Dies gilt sowohl für die Küche (Geschirr, Kochutensilien, etc.), das Wohnzimmer (umfangreiche DVD Sammlung, Bücher, etc.), das Kinderzimmer (Spielzeug, Bücher, etc.) als auch für den Außenbereich und Garten(Poolspielzeug, Sonnenliegen, Pool-Handtücher, etc.).
Das umfangreiche Handbuch mit allem Wissenswerten zum Haus, zur Umgebung und mit schönen Ausflugstipps ist sehr hilfreich und macht es einem einfach, sofort anzukommen und sich wohl zu fühlen! In direkter Umgebung (2 Minuten zu Fuß) gibt es einen kleinen Laden, in dem man morgens sehr leckere Croissants und Baguettes kaufen kann. Ebenfalls in der Nähe befindet sich der Lac de St. Cassien (5 Minuten mit dem Auto), der in jedem Fall einen Besuch wert ist! Ansonsten ist die Lage des Hauses als absolut ideal zu bezeichnen: Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten an der Küste können schnell erreicht werden.
Auch der direkte Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr angenehm. Alle Fragen wurden sowohl im Vorfeld der Buchung als auch während des Aufenthalts umgehend und freundlich beantwortet.
Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und sehnen uns schon jetzt zurück!
