Ground floor apartment of 85m2 very sunny, very comfortable, well decorated. Living room with double sofa bed. 2 full bathrooms just 7min drive from the beach. Bed linen and sheets, kitchen utensils for 6 people. Kitchen with gas oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, iron, refrigerator with freezer. Cable Tv in living room and master bedroom. Free Wifi throughout the apartment.
Air conditioning and ceiling fans.

I have cell phone cards with a local number available to recharge what you need.
The water heater runs on gas and is easily ignited. We leave it ready to use on arrival

Public transport in the corner of the condominium, supermarkets, laundries and restaurants just 5 minutes walk. 24 hour security, barbecue in the palapa. Possibility of daily cleaning with extra charge
Only 10 minutes by car from the central 5th avenue of Playa del Carmen. A wide variety of restaurants, bars, great beaches such as the famous Mamitas beach and, of course, the archaeological sites that can hire excursions on the 5th avenue

The airport of Cancún is 45 minutes by car, and they have a direct bus from the airport to Playa del Carmen.
You can visit Tulum at 1hs by car from Playa, or Chichen Itza at 2hs, and many more archaeological zones such as Cobá, Ek Balam, and nature areas such as Rio Lagartos
