Living area with two lounges, LCD Tv and stunning water views
Bedrooms two and three, bed 2 featuring sea views and a queen bed, bed 3 offering 2bunks
Access to the rear yard with lush green lawns and gardens perfect for a family game of cricket during summer and with it being fully enclosed a great place for the kids to run around

Main bathroom including bath, shower and toilet
Upstairs
Large open plan living, dining and kitchen spreading the width of the home taking in the spectacular sea views featuring wall to ceiling glass facing
Large balcony perfect for watching the surfers during summer or the whales during winter and views from Goolwa all the way back to Encounter Bay
The living area includes lounges, TV, DVD player and a Bose blue tooth sound bar and a large combustion heater
Dining features seating for 10
Kitchen is well equipped and large in size offering dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and large fridge
Rear balcony offering dining and bbq area with stairs also leading down to rear yard
The master bedroom is located upstairs and offers a queen bed and access to two way bathroom featuring shower and toilet
The seasons here are fantastic, highlighted by the migration of Southern Right Whales in winter they pass by right before your eyes a cosy slow combustion fire adds to the ambiance, curl up with your favorite book and a glass of wine perhaps? Access to the expansive beach is only a few metres away and you are on one of the higher points of Surfers Parade, the exclusive cliff-top end, a truly coveted holiday destination. In close proximity you will find the village lifestyle of Middleton and Port Elliot, as well as the nearby township of Goolwa holiday lifestyle is well catered for here with excellent shopping, cafes and restaurants close at hand.
