Overlooking Encounter Bay this is a fabulous 3 bedroom home for a stay in any season. Sitting hillside, the home takes in all that Encounter Bay has to offer. Sweeping views from The Bluff, Wright Island, Granite Island and all the way to the Coorong. Located in a quiet street, this property is perfect for a family or couple getaway. THE PROPERTY IS ONLY SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN 10 YEARS AND OVER.
The property features floor to ceiling windows with a large open plan area including kitchen, living and dining. From the dining area there is access out to the big balcony taking in the magnificent 180 degree views of Encounter Bay. The kitchen offers dishwasher, microwave, fridge, coffee machine which takes Caffitaly brand pods, oven and stove and is well stocked with all utensils and kitchen supplies.
The living area offers large LCD TV and DVD player with comfy couches which again allow you to sit back enjoy the cricket on TV or look out through the large glass panes and enjoy the Ocean. The property has three bedrooms and one bathroom (2 separate toilets). Agree with the previous reviews for this house - great view, large and tidy kitchen (BYO everything except food wrap/foil and paper towels). We only used the main bedroom and that was fine. Few issues with check-in but Harcourts resolved quickly. It was a perfect place to relax with a book during a cold and windy weekend.
