Adjacent to the walkway through to popular Goolwa Beach yet close to the town centre, quaint cafes and all amenities this super modern home offers style and multiple spacious entertaining areas.
The Space:
The four levels help to maximise the sea views, northerly light and provide separate sleeping and entertainment areas.
Featuring, two master bedrooms (each with en-suites featuring double showers), a third double bedroom, a bedroom with three bunk beds, a bedroom with two bunk beds, 2 large living areas and 4 quality bathrooms, this property is large enough for two – three families but has enough flexibility to enjoy your own privacy.
Enjoy meals at the large dining table upstairs (seats up to 12) or alfresco dining at either the upstairs balcony (where you can, with privacy, appreciate the tranquillity and natural beauty of sand dunes and uninterrupted sea views) or the covered rear or lower deck areas.

We had a lovely time with friends and family for an extended weekend away. Fantastic layout so the kids could have their own space. Loved the entertaining area opening out onto the deck. Beautiful weather topped it off! Thank you 😊

Sensational location and super accommodation!

The house is located right next to the dune with some sea view from the top balcony. There is ample of space with two living areas, which was great especially staying with children. The kitchen only just had enough crockery to serve us all and there was a lack of glasses, particularly wine and champagne glasses.
There’s no coffee machine, but a café nearby at the surf live saving club.
Overall the house was relatively clean, but mattress protectors could definitely deal with a wash. Beds were very comfortable and there is plenty of storage space in every room.
All in all, all negative things are easy to address and did not impact on the quality of our stay.
Would stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at the house with a few families including young kids.
The location was excellent, so close to the beach. The deck overlooking the sand dunes was such a lovely feature!
Having 2 living areas was really helpful. The kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, cooking utensils etc.
The only downside was having to pick up and drop off the keys at the property manager, a 15 minute drive away from the house. But other than that, we couldn’t fault the house!
Thank you for a lovely stay and we hope to be back soon!
