Excellent location in a quiet residential neighbourhood close to the airport, lovely backyard with a pool, easy departure to most directions (except St-Pierre) without having to cross Fort de France. Outstanding bakery in walking distance, large supermarket also very close. Very smooth communication with hosts, late departure request accomodated without a problem.
The place feels like kind of a garage rebuilt into an appartment. The owners park their cars right in front of your doors, if they do anything about the cars, you need to shut the curtains for privacy. Some fixtures need replacing (shower hook broken, toilet visibly broken and glued together), mosquito nets have holes in them. Bring your own soap and bug spray, none are provided. Allergics beware, owners have a cat and a dog (small size).

Appartement bien situé pour visiter le Lamentin, Fort de France et ses environs.
La piscine pour se rafraichir
Mais une bonne remise en état lui ferait un grand bien.
Dès l'entrée dans l'appartement la première chose que l'on voit c'est le mur moisi !! La vaisselle en plastique, la poussière dans les ventilateurs (de peur qu'elle ne se répande dans la salle de bains les ventilateurs sont restés éteins). Les portes de l'appartement ferment mal les serrures et barillet sont usés. Le coin cuisine serait à refaire (plaque électrique rouillée, frigo bancal). Pas d'eau chaude dans la cuisine, La clim éclabousse le seuil qui donne sur la terrasse et la piscine...
Si cet appartement était refait il serait PARFAIT !!!
