The Sapphire Villa is a private oceanfront property located in La Toc, overlooking the enchanting Caribbean Sea. As you travel through the open kitchen into the indoor dining and living areas you will be freely drawn to the covered veranda. The Caribbean Sea beckons you to the private infinity pool cascading in three directions, inviting you to sit on the underwater seats for your morning coffee or evening drinks. The villa, veranda, infinity pool and Caribbean Sea are truly fused. Two master bedrooms adjoin the veranda through Lanai doors with full retractable screens. Sleeping, being caressed by the sound of the waves, is simply experiencing island tranquility. Below the outer edge of the pool is the sunset deck constructed with Cumaru Brazilian hardwood. Living walls are planted with a wide variety of tropical plants (and vegetables for your indulging). As you sit either in the conversation area or swing in hammock chairs you will view, through the stainless steel cable railing, the play of the many small cascading rivulets with each wave. Small local fishing boats and sail boats traverse in the near distance, and herons playing in the morning. Via a stairway cut into the volcanic rock is the pathway to a secluded snorkeling cove. The villa is encircled by tropical plants and a widespread assortment of fruits and vegetables. The star attraction is the massive Graham Mango tree yielding hundreds of perfectly ripened fruit during the season. We’ve planted dozens of trees around the property including banana, plantain, papaya, coconut, avocado, etc. Vegetables and pineapple plants are being grown. All fruits and vegetables are for your use. The botanical garden pathway, constructed of local bamboo with sea shells, features a wide variety of plants acquired throughout the Caribbean.
Hosts will more than likely be on the property in a separate dwelling. They are there to answer any questions you may have or solve any issues. They are also available for any suggestions you may need regarding places to go on island or any tours you may be interested in.

The house was as advertised. Everything was perfect . The location, the ease of access to the local beach , the views all were perfect. The hosts and their local help with Liza and Sherno just made the trip beyond expectations. Overall an incredible stay and look forward to more in the future.

Beautiful house and mesmerizing view of the ocean, all of which was caressed by the sounds of the waves just a few feet below the house. Everything was wonderful. Everyone was delightful. Liza was very helpful with everything. We had the house’s private chef cook two nights for us and it was delicious and a wonderful experience. Make sure to take advantage of Sherno, the property’s dedicated taxi, tour guide and chauffeur all rolled up into one incredible bundle of unprecedented service. The owners were wonderful as well. We had a great time and loved our stay. The sunrises, sunsets and the moonlit nights were breathtaking and touched my soul. Make sure you ask for a message from the house’s message therapist! Many thanks to all for a wonderful stay.

From what we have seen in the surrounding homes, this is by far the most exquisite property. The view is breath taking. Getting to the property is an adventure and not easy to find. The final driveway to the property needs to be paved as it is challenging.
The staff was friendly and always available when needed. Lisa is an angel and Jesse is "the man" when it comes to grilling and getting you fresh coconuts.
The island people are friendly and gracious. Navigating the island requires a good since of direction, especially if you are renting a car, as there are little to no road signs. Overall, you will not be disappointed..
