Spectacular house, tastefully decorated, located in a quiet neighborhood with dramatic views of the Santa Rosa mountains in beautiful La Quinta Cove and one block to the entrance of the North end of Bear Creek Trails.
Your vacation rental is TURN KEY - ready with everything you need in a 5-star hotel style: shampoo, soap, lotion, paper products, great quality towels and linens, cable ready and fiber optic Internet - WIFI
Small dogs are welcome with a $250 charge - there’s insurance for $99 and $500 refundable deposit is required.
The kitchen is equipped with top of the line appliances; range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water, and every pot, pan, utensil and spice necessary to prepare a gourmet meal. There’s seating for 6 at the dining table, and 3 on the breakfast counter.
The two bedrooms and 2 baths are very nice and comfortable; the master bedroom has a king size bed and a walk-in closet, the secind bedroom is equipped with queen size bed.
The master and guest bathroom have the same elegant white quartz counters as the kitchen.
The living room and bedrooms have a smart TV, 3 in total, so you won’t miss your favorite shows. The floors throughout the house are of elegant porcelain, and the bedrooms welcome you with berber style carpet.
The living room is modern and comfy with amazing views of the back yard and the majestic mountains.
The backyard salt water lap & spa pool is amazing! You'll want to spend your sunsets enjoying a cocktail by the fire pit, with friends in a luscious landscape.
You can savor a candlelight dinner under the stars after grilling your favorite food on the outdoor grill.
Grab the bicycles or put on your tennis shoes and hit the mountain-side pathway behind the house. Stay on the edge of nature or trek inside via the Bear Creek Trail and the Oasis.
Just a little over a mile away is Old Town La Quinta Village, where you’ll find all sorts of restaurants, boutiques and tourist-oriented shops, the city museum, yoga, and many professional offices. Every Sunday from 8am to noon, Old Town is host to the farmers market. Every so often they also held art shows there.
If you want to do some serious shopping, El Paseo – the Rodeo Drive of Palm Desert, with fine dinning, galleries and boutiques, is just 20 minutes away.
And if you want more action, Palm Springs is only 40 minutes away on Highway 111. Here, you can enjoy the famous Every Thursday Night Fair, great restaurants, theaters, art, and plenty of culture, including the Palm Springs Museum of Art and Architecture.
La Quinta Cove is very close to The Waldorf Astoria La Quinta Resort, The Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, and The Coachella Music Festivals and, of course, what La Quinta is world famous for: Golf at its absolute finest.

A comfortable home with a fabulous backyard perspective. The fire pit was appreciated on the cooler evenings. The king bed was extremely comfortable and Denise was very responsive.

We enjoyed our time here in La Quinta! Always a joy to be near town…and so close to the bear creek trail…and all the cove has to offer with several hiking paths. This house is very nice…all remodeled with open living area, great windows for light, two roomy bedrooms and baths. Kitchen well stocked with everything needed for cooking. Then there’s the backyard…like being in a resort! Fire pit,
Sitting area with lounge chairs, eating area and pool. So many beautiful flowers, and a mountain in full view. Owner was delight to work with, always available and responsive.
Definitely the place to stay. Thanks Denice for everything.

Denise made us feel so comfortable with any questions and was very responsive. We loved the accessibility to the hiking trails plus the homes outdoor amenities provided wonderful rewards of the pool, fire pit, grill, dining and lounging. The gourmet kitchen provides everything needed and we felt at home immediately.

The home was amazing and so peaceful. The owner answers any question you may have within a timely manner. The house everything you can ask for and more, I will definitely be back again.
