Welcome to your retreat on a huge, all sports lake in Traverse City, MI. (Lake Leelanau) The main home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and an optional sleeping area with Murphy Bed. This house has a full kitchen, large family room and amazing sunroom with wet bar that opens up to the lake! The home has a large deck with seating, a dock, and fire pit.
This house has a great location, close to downtown Traverse City and many wineries. We are also very close to the TART biking and hiking trail that runs up and down the peninsula. Enjoy a bike ride, go on a wine tour, eat at great restaurants in downtown Traverse City or Sutton's Bay and don't forget to watch the beautiful sunset from the deck or sunroom as you enjoy your favorite beverage! Home has everything you need including linens, towels, beach towels, full kitchen, and washer and dryer.

This house was the perfect northern Michigan getaway for a weekend with friends at the lake. The location is great and the house was very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay.

We had the most incredible week stay with my family. We had 10ppl total… my husband and I and our three children, their aunt/uncle/cousin and my in-laws. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The location was picture perfect and the house was nicely updated
With a well stocked kitchen. Great swimming area off the dock and the mooring ball was perfect to handle our boat. Nine minutes to.Traverse and a 12 min drive to Suttons Bay. We really hope to come back to this location. It was a 10/10!!!

Enjoyed ready access to the lake from this nice home. Worked well for the teen / early 20 year olds with us. Deck with grill was terrific for lunch and the inside table was great for evening games. Plenty of tvs for everyone to be happy and bathrooms were better than most cottages are! We had a terrific time!
