It had everything we needed for an apartment and was a good price.
It was a bit hard getting up the narrow stairs to the 3rd floor with suitcases especially with bad knees.

這間民宿的一切都讓人很喜歡，是一間非常溫馨的民宿。 房間四處有老闆手寫的溫馨字條，真的有疑問也可以隨時聯絡老闆。設備一應俱全，有IH爐、冰箱、烤箱、微波爐和各種廚具，自己下廚很方便。除了空調還有一台小暖氣，洗澡的水溫可以自己設定，讓這次的冬季之旅十分安心。洗衣機操作簡單，有烘衣功能，而且洗衣粉、柔軟精、衣物芳香、除臭噴霧都準備好了，甚至還有靜電拖把，可以維持自己的衛生習慣使我的太太十分開心。 民宿的地點很方便，推薦大家到三宮車站反方向、走路十分鐘的「大安亭市場」，是一處本地人買菜買肉的傳統市場，價格便宜又新鮮，市場旁邊的「Co les Donut」是一間很棒的甜甜圈店！除此外7-11、Lawson、OASiS超市和SUGI藥妝店都在走路3分鐘內。民宿附近的主幹道是「三宮東あじさい通り商店街」，有許多餐廳，地圖定位在此也比較簡單。 民宿老闆還有準備很多物品，比如雨傘、桌遊...等，我們甚至沒有完全使用。還有一本旅客留言本，我在上面留下了紀錄，結束這次完美的旅程 :D
房間位在三樓，必須要走戶外樓梯（沒有電梯），訂房前有透過旅客評語發現，但訂房頁面上並沒有說得很清楚，建議要標示清楚。不方便走樓梯的旅客，可以查詢同名民宿的101、201房，那就是在1樓和2樓的房間。 或許是因為設備老舊，雖然都維持的很乾淨，但我們遇到了兩次跳電，還好老闆在電話中教我們如何自己處理。烘衣服時，廚房、洗衣間是不能同時使用任何電器的。 12月的晚上，窗戶會有一點透風，靠近窗戶就會冷。
