About this cottage rental
Casa Rural El Arroyo is located in La Carrera - El Barco de Ávila, within the Regional Park of Gredos, with excellent views of the mountains. Next to the town and on the banks of the Aravalle River, the Camino Real runs along the road used by Carlos V on his last trip to Yuste and which is now used as a transhumance cattle pass. The house is very close to the ski resort of La Covatilla.
The town is located at a height of 1. 120 m., In a valley surrounded by mountains, with abundant and varied areas of pines, chestnuts, ash trees, oaks, alders, poplars ... A few meters from the house, next to the stream that gives its name to the house, there is a fountain with plenty of drinking water.
The two houses have been renovated in 2004 and is decorated with local woods, handicrafts and farm tools. Each house has:
- 3 rooms: 2 double rooms with two single beds and 1 room with double bed. All of them have lockers
- 2 bathrooms: one with a bath and the other with a shower
- Large living room-kitchen with wood burning fireplace
- Large terrace with views of the massif of Gredos and La Covatilla

muy acogedora la casa bnita y equipada, me encantó poder encender lchimenea, tiene una terraza con unas preciosas vistas, y abajo hay una parcela donde los niños pueden jugar.
El propietario nos trato genial, había varios detalles que nos dejo en la casa, entre ellos todo lo necesario par encender el fuego y hasta una botellita de sidra de su propia cosecha.
