Ideal Property Mallorca - Delicias

I stayed with my family, we were three people together. Good stay, quiet place, not far from the bus stop, the supermarket and the sea. The house itself was old, but clean and comfortable. There was a separate kitchen with a cooker, an oven, a fridge and a dishwasher. There was a washing machine in the laundry room, an iron and an ironing board. There was a dining table in the living room and one more outside, next to the pool. There were a lot of things left from other guests like washing powder, hand soap, salt and sugar which were useful. There was a beach chair and an umbrella (or some), we didn’t use them. Each room had an air conditioner. The pool was clean. We had nice holidays, thank you.

The house was quite old, so there was some “old” smell. Later, it faded away. There were a lot of dirty spots on the walls in a bedroom. The yard was small.

Location was ok, in good walking distance to a nice beach, and in a 'locals' residential area. Shops also in close walking distance

Property seemed a little under-equipped (kitchenware etc.) and in need of updating. Used curtains as a throw over the sofa. Area around property seemed very neglected. Dogs next door and nearby bark all day!! Expected a bit better for the money we paid. We also had quite a mixed weather week when we stayed, and the pool was in the shade all afternoon which was a shame - I think we'd have enjoyed the property more if the weather was hotter
