We loved everything! Location was great. Rooms were so clean and comfortable. Water and tea coffee all available in the room. Great shower!

Great location great breakfast and room was very comfortable

The very strictly enforced 3pm check in. We had just walk 20km and wanted to get into our room shower and relax for a bit but the check in is very firm so we sat at a cafe and simply wasted time

It central and convenient. Breakfast was good and the breakfast staff were nice.

The front desk when we arrived was very disappointing. She was rude and disrespectful. She was very argumentative because we failed to checkin online. She was asking why and we have reasoned out that we were travelling and have little to no access to wifi. The link provided was sent a day before arrival and didn’t work when trying to click the link sent via WhatsApp. We were the only ones she was attending to and no checkin queue at all. Example quotes of being argumentative (in Spanish and some were in English) “You are tired and I am also tired too because I was working since 5am and been working 16 hours” (We arrived around 730pm). She was so defensive already that we’ve only booked 1 room for breakfast and forgot to book for the other room. She said, “It’s not my fault that you didn’t book the other room for breakfast”. (The front desk the next day was nice and apologetic for her colleagues behaviour).
