About this villa rental
Suspended on the heights of Rio San Juan, at the heart of a secure and guarded compound, Villa Vertigo offers breathtaking views over the Atlantic Ocean, the Río San Juan's bay, the mountain range and the surrounding hills.
The situation of the villa (above sea level), the way it was built (high ceilings, adjustable blinds…) and the gentle trade winds allow the house to be naturally well ventilated. Nonetheless, we just had A/C installed in two bedrooms for the guests who can’t live without!
Generous outdoor spaces: infinity pool upstairs, mini pool downstairs, covered terraces, pergola, solarium…
Spacious living room nicely ventilated thanks to adjustable louvers judiciously positioned.
Open kitchen with bar, and utility room.
Well equipped kitchen: gas cooker with 6 burners and oven, big fridge and freezer, microwave, large pots, kitchen utensils and dishwasher. Outdoor barbecue.
Laundry corner with washing machine, iron and ironboard.
Smart TV with direct access to Netflix, Youtube and web browser.
Distributed on two levels, the four bedrooms all open onto a terrace overlooking the sea. Featuring excellent bedding, the queen-size beds face the landscape. Small safe (passport, papers, jewelry…). Wardrobe with hangers and many shelves. En-suite bathroom of polished concrete with washbasin, walk-in shower and toilet.
Upstairs, two large bedrooms separated by the living room for more privacy.
Downstairs, two large bedrooms with independent access and air conditioning. Each with its own kitchenette and terrace: ideal for families or friends who want to enjoy some privacy from time to time.
Extra inflatable bed or crib on request.

This house was very beautiful. You have a lovely view from the rooftop pool area. The house is spacious and clean. The host was great and available for questions. Daniel who helped is check in was very nice and answered any questions we had. Definitely recommend staying there!

My family and I stayed at Villa Vertigo for a few days in January. The pictures do not do it justice! It is absolutely beautiful with breathtaking views!!!! Checking in and out was quick and easy thanks to Daniel who was great! I would definitely stay there again maybe when the weather is a bit warmer because it does get chilly and the pool doesn’t have a warmer so we were only able to use the pool a few times. Nonetheless, we really enjoyed our stay, it was so peaceful.

The villa is just like the pictures or even better. Daniel was amazing and helped us a lot. The weather was not great overall, but we still try to enjoy the pool. The views are breathtaking, there’s so much wildlife and the mountains views take your breath away. Thanks Regine!

However nice you think the view will be, it will exceed your wildest dreams. Had two of the best nights ever. Cooking and drinking great rum. The beds are comfy, the internet is surprisingly fast for being basically in the middle of the country. Daniel and Regine are so communicative, it was like visiting family. Part of me hopes this place stays a secret, but the other part hopes that many will have the same chance I had to live two incredible days here.
If you like to cook, there’s tons of utensils, plates, etc. The outdoor grill is made more for fire wood than charcoal, so bear that in mind when packing.
