Stugan och läget var bra.

Vi hade inte fått information om att boendet var delvis under ombyggnad vilket gjorde att vi fick börja med att städa entrén, köket och vardagsrummet från slipdamm och fotspår när vi kom. Ombyggnaden gjorde att vi inte hade tillgång till det ena badrummet och bastun. När vi anmärkte på det så blev vi erbjudna en kompensation på 100 DKK vilket vi inte godtog. De lovade också att skicka personal som skulle byta ut 5-6 spotlights i köket samt kolla på omfattningen av ombyggnationen, vilken receptionen inte heller var informerade om. Ingen kom. Efter påstötning erbjöd de en kompensation på 250 DKK, vilket vi inte heller godtog. Vår bokning gjordes i oktober 2024 så det hade funnits gott om tid att informera om att vi inte skulle kunna utnyttja boendet fullt ut och då hade vi kunnat av- eller omboka.
