Great location in a busy street but in a very quiet building. The flat was easy to find and enter thanks to great instructions and a lift. Everything we needed had been provided and we had a quiet, cool stay in this comfortable, central spot.
Check in and check out were straight forward and we felt this was great value for money. Would definitely recommend and would return
Nothing, we had everything we needed, good lighting, comfortable bed, huge fridge with water and coffee provided. Ideal for a couple wishing to explore beautiful Bologna

Very convenient location for us - about halfway between the train station and historic city centre - 10 mins each way so easily walkable. Nice, safe area of the city and lovely apartment block - friendly people, nice vibe. Apartment had everything we needed, and the washing machine was a useful facility given the heatwave. Clean and well equipped, comfortable bed.
We were in a heatwave so we had the aircon on. I admit when I booked I didn’t think about aircon was it was a relief to know the apartment had some. The unit is rather old but it made the night’s manageable. If this type of weather continues, a more modern unit might be desirable.

The host was responsive and helpful. The apartment had a book of all the information we needed to enjoy the city, including restaurant recommendations. The location was on a main street which made it easy to get a cab. There's also a grocery store on the same block.
The air conditioning wasn't able to cool the entire apartment. While the location had amenities nearby, it is a healthy walk to the center of the city's attractions, including the many great restaurants.

Location was perfect. 10-15 minutes walking from center and from the railway station. Equiped with everything you need, from kitchen stuf to blankets. Warm, cosy. Big supermarket right under the apartment and good and cheap pizza place. The host was 100/100 responsive. I will come back again.
