Nana Golden Beach All Inclusive Resort & Spa

Beautiful property, disappointing service Nana Golden Beach is a stunning resort with almost endless amenities. My family spent five days there and left feeling like we still hadn’t seen everything the property has to offer. The facilities are beautiful, the beach is great, and the location on the sea is perfect. Cleanliness and overall quality are top notch. The pools and water parks were a hit with every age in our group, and the entertainment was consistently good. There’s no shortage of ways to keep everyone busy. The food was very good, with so many restaurants to choose from that I never ate the same thing twice. Where the stay fell short was service. I was surprised by how inconsistent it was at the bars and restaurants. Cocktails were hit or miss — I had more bad drinks than good ones. Staff often came across as cold, at times bordering on rude, and small, simple requests were routinely brushed off or refused. At most resorts I’ve stayed at, the facilities are fine and it’s the service that makes the trip memorable. Here it was the opposite. Everyone in our group had fun, and it’s a genuinely beautiful property - but it’s not somewhere I see myself returning.
