This place was excellent and met all of my expectations. The location and cleanliness were top-notch, and the décor was refreshing without being overdone. I really appreciate spaces that feel like home nothing artificial or staged and this apartment delivered exactly that feeling.
My personal rule is simple: if I wouldn’t consider renting a place long-term, it’s not worth it. This is absolutely a place I could stay in for an extended period of time. The location is unbeatable everything is nearby, and the view of the marina is magnificent. Parking was also available and secure, which made things even easier.
As for the host, Emmanuel was outstanding. He was friendly, present, and reachable at all times. He generously offered recommendations on what to do, where to eat, and everything in between, which truly elevated the experience.
Thank you for a wonderful stay you made my time in Guadeloupe even better.
The only things I would have loved are a terrace: maybe remove the jacuzzi to make space for a terrace and a few more towels, but honestly, when the sun is shining, it’s easy to just step outside and enjoy it anyway. These are minor details that didn’t take away from an otherwise excellent stay.

L’appartement est magnifique. Malgré le côté ancien de l’immeuble le propriétaire a su rendre cet endroit agréable et pratique. Le balnéo une excellente idée mais malheureusement je n’ai pas pu en profiter .
Malheureusement dès mon arrivée au logement il n’y avait pas d’eau donc pas très évident tout cela.

L’appartement était très beau et conforme aux photos. Spacieux et lumineux.
Bien qu’il y ait une coupure d’eau, la citerne a prit le relais comme convenu. Nous avons pu profiter de ce séjour.
Les indications étaient plutôt claires et concernaient l’ensemble des équipements/étapes à suivre. Cependant, petit quiproquo sur les indications d’arrivée qui n’étaient pas similaires à la situation.
