I think the jacuzzy is not necessary in the appartment. It makes the air very damp. The metal is rusting.

the location was ok

the kitchen was unusable- barley anything to cook with, the dishwasher was broken, no towels or paper towels to clean with. even the cutting board was broken. the cleaner/owner left clothes/sheets on the drying rack and in the washing machine so we couldn’t use machine, and it felt like being in someone’s house where they were doing a favor letting us stay and somewhere I payed good money for. there was no instructions left to how to get in, and the owners didn’t answer my messages. we found someone in the building to call her because she e couldn’t place the call. no instructions on the WiFi as well.

Nice area near the Marina, with a lot of restaurants

the location was beautiful at the Marina, but very loud at night. However the biggest problem I have with this property is this little game they are playing; they charge you daily cleaning fee, then make you pay fully upfront. when you arrive you realize that there is no daily cleaning done, the advertised appliances are not working... when you try to get refunded for the cleaning fees since you were the one who cleaned the apartment you get refused claiming that you broke the appliances that you never used during your stay. In the attached pictures you will see the cleanliness of the apartment 2 days after my arrival. is there a cleaning service cleaning every day?

Spacious and bright apartment, with a great view of the marina. Excellent location with lots of restaurants nearby. Lively area. Fast internet.

Parts of the apartment were not cleaned upon arrival, and there were many ants roaming around in the kitchen. The area surrounding the apartment is noisy until very late at night.

Le confort du lit

Pour une nuit il manque des accessoires ( Essuie tout , Café , pas de bouteille d'eau , pas de rouleau papier wc neuf , flacon de gel douche vide ( oublier de le jeter) . Citerne dans la chambre camouflé dans le dressing ( bruyant ) en se servant de l'eau , problème d'électricité ( interrupteur en voulant allumer le brasseur d'air dans la chambre ) télévision impossible d'accéder aux chaînes malgré le guide . Manque d'accessoires dans la cuisine .

Mon séjour aurait été parfait si j’avais pu profiter du balnéo mais malheureusement manque d’eau .

L’appartement est magnifique. Malgré le côté ancien de l’immeuble le propriétaire a su rendre cet endroit agréable et pratique. Le balnéo une excellente idée mais malheureusement je n’ai pas pu en profiter .

Malheureusement dès mon arrivée au logement il n’y avait pas d’eau donc pas très évident tout cela.

Agréable séjour juste quelques petits travaux à prévoir (balcon) ainsi que la lumière du brasseur d’air dans la chambre

J’ai vraiment apprécié le room cinéma

La citerne dans la chambre effectivement n’est pas très agréable elle s’est terminé dans la nuit et s’est rempli à 6h du matin le bruit pas top réveille en sursaut enfin on s’y attend pas et cela prend 30 min au moins bon un peu désagréable et pas possible de se rendormir.

Pour être totalement honnête, étant une habituée des établissements et logements touristiques, j’ai trouvé qu’il manquait le nécessaire basique, c’est-à-dire papier, toilette, essuie-tout, liquide-vaisselle.etc après ce n’est rien de méchant

Très bon séjour.

L’appartement était très beau et conforme aux photos. Spacieux et lumineux. Bien qu’il y ait une coupure d’eau, la citerne a prit le relais comme convenu. Nous avons pu profiter de ce séjour.

Les indications étaient plutôt claires et concernaient l’ensemble des équipements/étapes à suivre. Cependant, petit quiproquo sur les indications d’arrivée qui n’étaient pas similaires à la situation.

Mention spéciale pour le personnel : convivial, réactif, souriant et à l’écoute — tout simplement au top. Petit bain balnéo, grande télé, lit hyper confortable, cuisine équipée comme à la maison… tout y est. Un séjour détente, dans un cadre chaleureux : je me suis sentie chez moi, ailleurs.

Tous es magnifique très très bien équipé et bien placé nous n’avons pas pu profiter du jacuzzi n’y de cette cuisine équipée qu’elle dommage pour 1 nuit (trop cour) Nous reviendrons une prochaine fois pour un plus long séjour
