About this house rental
A beautiful country house (DHH) for groups and friendly families who value a not everyday home in the midst of nature and yet within a short distance to the town Viechtach (5 km) or Kollnburg / St. Englmar. In the immediate vicinity and only three minutes away, skis and sledges can be unpacked on the slopes of the Pröllers (1000 m). The mountain bike is also used here.
The heart of the house is the kitchen with open fireplace. These include 8 - 10 beds (two small double bedrooms, 1 large double bedroom and 1 large bedroom for 2-4 persons), a full bath and two shower rooms. A cot is available free of charge! The setting up of additional cots is allowed, but they would have to bring your own. Of course, the typical Bavarian house has an oil central heating, some underfloor heating.
On the property there is a separate spring, the crystal clear water of the fountain and the garden pond feeds and a large, rustic grill.
