About this house rental
"VILLA LUXURY, BELLA LUCIA 3" has an interior surface of 120m2, which is distributed in living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms one type suite, another bathroom. All the rooms are exterior, illuminated and ventilated in a natural way, giving them privacy and privacy. In addition this beautiful villa offers us beautiful outdoor areas with a total area of 350m2, where we find a large pool, garden areas with floral plants and also a beautiful area of artificial turf for the enjoyment of children, and finally a spectacular barbecue with tables, chairs and wooden pergola where you can enjoy at any time of day. "VILLA BELLA LUCIA 3" is located in the best residential area of Corralejo, a few minutes from the center and commercial areas, water park and bars (15 minutes walking and 3 minutes by car). The villa has air conditioning and heated pool (with extra charge very economical for our customers) consult with the owner. Our Villa is located near the Natural Park of the dunes of Corralejo where our famous Grandes Playas are located. In our Villa is not allowed to stay more people than those indicated in the reservation as the price varies according to the number of people, in case of non-compliance will be suspended stay in the house. We have several Villas "Villa Bella Lucia 1, 2 and 3" in case of not having availability consult the owner.

Communication on arrival in Spain was good with quick responses from the host. On arrival at Villa Lucia we were met by the owner who showed us how everything worked. The Villa and outdoor areas were clean . No pool towels were provided . Pool heating is an extra charge.The Villa could do with a little TLC. Flaking paint and dampness in some areas which I thought didn’t reflect well given the nightly rate of the villa. The bed in the main bedroom was extremely uncomfortable for us personally, very hard with no bounce in the mattress at all. The air conditioning is an extra cost payable with euros. The Villa has cameras both inside and out. We weren’t personally comfortable with the indoor one but were assured they were only for security purposes should someone break in. The Villa is in close proximity to the main dual carriageway into Corralejo which at times was quite noisy. The walk to the Main Street with all the shops, restaurants etc took about 20mins along a well lit road . Overall we enjoyed our time at the Villa for it’s location and privacy but wouldn’t stay there again. Although the listing states satellite tv there are only 2 English speaking news channels .

A big thank you to Lucia for hosting us at Villa Bella 3 , we had an amazing time , the villa is spacious and has everything , outdoor space and garden is beautiful , our children 14,16 and 10 had so much fun in the pool , the water was warm and they could spend hours in the pool , The villa is well equipped, Internet and TV cable is great , the view on mountains from the roof terrace is great , we walked to the main shopping street , the walk is about 15 minutes but with amazing views, the villa is located near the famous sand dunes and this is a very special place , we had a wonderful, relaxed and peaceful holiday in this beautiful place ! We will definitely come back here
