Looking for a quiet, comfortable holiday base for your Baltic Sea vacation on the beautiful island of Usedom? In the popular Zinnowitz we offer a holiday home for 2-4 people, on one level, with locked gates in a quiet but central location. Your pet may with and can move freely on the fenced property. For Bicycles & a.. You have a neighboring building available, a parking space is included.
The cottage is quietly behind a small villa in the seaside-style and yet close to the center: supermarkets, restaurants, cinema, theater ... is a few minutes walk to the Baltic Sea beach is about a 10-minute, 13-minute walk to the sea swimming pool with thermal bath and sauna area, about 6 min walk. to the train station. You can leave your car at home and travel by train, everything is within walking distance and the Usedomer Bäderbahn takes you without annoying traffic jams on the island to the Polish neighboring country to Swinoujscie and popular destinations on the mainland, such. Der Bungalow liegt zentral aber nicht direkt an der Strasse, daher ist es sehr ruhig. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Das Grundstück ist gross und komplett eingezäunt mit abschließbarem Gartentor. Urlaub mit Hund ist ideal. In der Nähe ist ein kleiner Park zum Gassigehen und auch der Kurpark ist nicht weit. Wir können dieses Urlaubsdomozil uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Das Objekt selbst ist ordentlich und sauber. Die Aufteilung gut. Die Terrasse lädt ein zum gemütlichen Entspannen.

Im großen und ganzen entsprach das Haus unseren Vorstellungen, aber es hatte auch kleine Mängel aufzuweisen. Die Kaffeemaschine sollte entsorgt werden.
Das eigentliche Problem waren aber die Ameisen in der Küche.Wir haben uns selber ein Insektenspray geholt ,um den Ameisen Herr zu werden.
Was noch sehr enttäuschend war,ist die Schlüsselübergabe gewesen. Wir mieten seit vielen Jahren ein Ferienhaus,aber solche Schlüsselübergabe haben wir noch nicht erlebt.
Die Dame am Tresen hatte absolut keine Lust.
Leider ist auch nicht immer jemand erreichbar (so wird es jedenfalls beschrieben),somit konnten wir bei der Abreise nicht die Kurtaxe bezahlen. Prompt kam am gleichen Tag eine E-Mail, mit der Aufforderung, diese Rechnung zu bezahlen.
Ansonsten ist der Ort sehr zu empfehlen.
