Castellammare del Golfo is an important seaside resort in Sicily, with its famous castle, thermal baths, harbour and marina, rocky coastline, white sandy beaches, beautiful landscapes and sports facilities. The house is well maintained and has a beautiful garden and a large terrace. It is situated in a quiet location only 700 metres away from the town centre. One can taste various Sicilian culinary specialities, such as cous cous (an Arab speciality). Castellammare del Golfo is an excellent starting point to visit various places in the shortest possible time, for example: Segesta Temple, Selinunte and Agrigento, Trapani salt pans, Erice, excursions to the Zingaro National Park Reserve, small islands, Palermo's Arab market "La Vucciria" wine roads and much more. There are also opportunities for sports such as swimming, diving, surfing, hiking, sailing, horse riding, mountain biking, tennis, canoeing, and more ... the house as well as being only 700mt away from the city centre, it is 900mt from the beach, and 200mt to shops, restaurants, supermarkets and etc. . We enjoyed our stay and our host was very lovely and helpful. They left us a bottle of wine upon arrival. The property is conveniently located near several shops and easy access to main roads, but on a quiet residential road with easy free parking.
