About this house rental
The most charming place in the region! If you seek peace and Nature, this is your place!
A century-old house surrounded by 12mil m2 of green, flanked by a river. You can use: swimming pool, fireplace, barbecue, wood stove, "prainha" of white sand, orchard, greenhouse, vegetable garden.
We got a separate suite with a bath and gorgeous view !! Where a couple sleeps, a baby (crib) and another sofa bed for 2 people.
The main house is a centennial, cozy and very charming building (see photos). There are 3 bedrooms (2 single beds in each) with 2 bathrooms.
The space: The whole place for you, are 12mil m2 of green and 300m2 built. Enjoy!
Tranquility and everything you need to enjoy a holiday or weekend. 1.5 hours from São Paulo.
It is in the city (does not need a car) and at the same time in Nature.
I am available at any time by phone and in the city you will have the support of the housekeeper who lives nearby.

Voltage 220V. Do not plug anything in the outlet before making sure it is 220V. We have transformers available.

A casa é maravilhosa, muito limpa, com bastante utensílios de cozinha, o estilo colonial é um charme a mais, muito aconchegante. O Ricardo muito gentil e prestativo. Seu Genésio, o caseiro, de uma bondade imensa.A área da chácara tem muito verde e muito ampla. Fui com meu cachorro, que aproveitou muito, principalmente com as mangas que caíam do pé.
