We are happy to reserve for you our hunting lodge in trendy style with a direct view of the mountains.

The price for this house starts at Euro 290 to 490 Euro a day for the whole family up to 8 people.
The price depends on the season in which you want to book.
The price includes everything: laundry, taxes and community taxes.
A welcome gugelhupf and a bottle of Prosecco awaits you.


If you are a larger group than 10 people, I can in our apartment house right next to it,
to offer more apartments.

The family friendly, cozy, comfortable trendy hunting lodge is equipped with a very large kitchen with dishwasher,
Microwave, coffee and tea machine, electric stove with oven and much more. To the open kitchen comes her dining room with flat screen TV.
A generous living room makes you come to relax after a day in Salzburger Land.
The open fireplace gives you a pleasant pleasure.
4 bedrooms, 3 with balconies with impressive panoramic views and a bedroom in the basement.
2 bathrooms with shower and 2 separate toilets.
Our house is located in a prime location on the outskirts / forest edge surrounded by meadows a quiet place
to unwind and have a holiday.
Nevertheless, it is only 5 minutes walk to the center. Where you can find many good restaurants and nice bars, shops, the tourist office
a spa, playground and supermarket.
For all ages there is a swing and other small toys in our garden.
When you arrive, everything is prepared for you directly, the beds are made, tablecloths and towels, of course, we have prepared.

Golling is a beautiful place for skiing, cross-country skiing, tobogganing and really enjoying the winter.

A ski bus also shuttles you to many ski areas free of charge.
Our 10 sleds are always available to our guests free of charge.

In summer, a place for hiking, cycling and swimming. We are happy to lend you our 8 mountain bikes, of course for free.

Beautiful walking and hiking trails directly from our house. The romantic Bluntautal with its torrent and the
beautiful Gollinger waterfall is near you.
Our hiking area in Golling is excellent, we are happy to show you the most beautiful walks,
which you can start directly from our house. We can send you a hiking map in advance.
In summer, you can travel for free on all Postbus routes in Tennengau with your guest card.

For fishermen, offers a beautiful fishing area, you can reach within 10 minutes the first fish reservoir.
We are happy to organize fishing tickets.

The nearest golf course is 15 minutes away, and also the most famous places like Fuschl, Eugendorf, Schladming,
Radstadt are all within 30 km.

Since we are only half an hour away from Salzburg you can also the sights of Salzburg
reach well. Other excursion possibilities can be visited with a short journey time.

Also the most famous lake areas, like St. Wolfgang, the Fuschlsee or the Wallersee are within one
good half hour to reach. There are many attractive water sports available.

We also reserve tennis courts, which are only 5 minutes away from our house.

If you are tired in the late afternoon and in desperate need of relaxation, the spa Aqua Salza offers you
which is a minute away from our house, all possibilities. Warm saltwater pool, sports pool, sauna, steam baths
Solarium, massages and much more. We are happy to lend you bathrobes for a leisurely afternoon.
