Kitchen, missing upper boxes for food storage. All windows are located to mountains but the view is covered by garden bushes. The apartment is dark without mountains view which is great pity.

Pleasant

It takes 30 minutes to get from the house to the agency in Zell am See. They give you the code to the box with key. Why cannot they send it by sms? The appartment is under the ground level and it could be a great cellar. The view is poor, the apartment overlooks the fence and grass.

- beautiful environment and og course views - the apartment was clean and very nicely funished - all the things we needed were waiting for us as a gift bag - amazing communication, helped in every single aspect

Další dobrá zkušenost z ubytování, druhý pobyt za nás rozhodně nepřipadá v úvahu.

Ubytování bylo vybráno jen za cílem přespání a večerního odpočinku po celodenním lyžování. Žádné očekávání komfortu jsme neměli a i tak nás spousta věcí překvapilo/zaskočilo. Musím ocenit na jedničku komunikaci s paní Nikoletou. Když bylo potřeba, vždy pomohla.

Bylo zde chladno, jediná možnost zvýšení teploty byla horkovzdušná trouba, kterou jsme si pomohli... (Bez dalšího komentáře...) Sprchovací kout je naprosto špatně udělaný. Nevyhnete se tomu, že bude všude spousty vody na podlaze ikdyž se budete hodně snažit, aby nebyla. Úsměvná je extra platba za použití sušičky a pračky. Toto jsem viděl snad poprvé v Rakousku. Za takovou cenu ubytování by to mělo být v ceně! Vždyť sušičku použije člověk možná tak 1x. Bohužel jde vidět, že majitel/pronajímatel to tady hodně škrtí :/

We hadden van dit appartement meer verwacht!

De accommodatie lag qua locatie dichtbij Zell am See, met winkelcentrum en restaurants onder handbereik. Grossglockner ligt om de hoek. Organisatie goed bereikbaar. We hadden stroomuitval, dit werd meteen goed opgelost. Op de vraag om meer handdoeken werd positief gereageerd.

De twee appartementen die beschikbaar zijn, liggen in de kelder van een woonhuis, bereikbaar via een buiten- en binnentrap waardoor ongeschikt voor ouderen of mensen die slecht ter been zijn. De appartementen zijn gehorig en voelen koud, vochtig en klam aan. De douchehoek in de badkamer heeft een hoger gelegen plaat, waar tijdens het douchen het water afstroomt. Het is onmogelijk te voorkomen dat hierdoor de hele badkamer onderstroomt. Het is hierdoor letterlijk dweilen met de kraan open. Omdat het appartement zo klam is drogen badhanddoeken slecht. Het terrasje was erg klein, lag zo,n twee meter onder het niveau van naastgelegen tuin en vangt door bovenliggend balkon eind augustus al geen enkele streep zonlicht meer, waardoor buiten zitten onplezierig is. Tuin was er niet voor gasten. Appartement is verder ruim, sober ingericht maar rondom het bed was weinig loopruimte.

Lejligheden havde alt hvad den skulle - meget simpelt dog. Bruck an der Grossglocknerstrasse er en hyggelig by.

Navnet på lejligheden “panorama” er ret vildledende - det er en kælder lejlighed og man har ikke udsigt til Alperne. Badeværelset er oversvømmet når man går i bad. Hvilket også er pænt irriterende.
