The place is amazing- beautifully appointed and a lovely view of the water from the deck. There was a nice breeze so we didn’t need AC or fans. Great location close to the beach & coastal walks. Stores and transportation were a short walk away. Would recommend this place in a heat beat.

The place is lovely although… we booked for a week and there were supplies (like a sponge, toilet paper, trash bags, and dish wash liquid) that just weren’t enough. We had to go shopping for such supplies which was mildly inconvenient. The main pain point was the level of construction going on adjoining properties. Next door was under construction, with the street filled with their vehicles and lots of noise (and builders very close to the bathroom window). Immediately between the balcony and the view was a demolition site, and on our third day the place was crawling with guys in hazmat suits breaking down the roof (not even 30 feet away).

Pleasant stay !Once inside the homestay very nice .Annoying outside light that would not turn off .while we were there a cold snap and found the bedrooms cold .over all comfortable
