About this apartment rental
We recently transitioned over 100 listings from the Stayz platform to Home Away. We were unable to carry forward our amazing past guest reviews. We can assure you that we have enjoyed providing many five star stays over the past 15 years and feel free to contact us to experience The Hotelesque Service.
The property is in excellent condition; however, the neighbouring house is currently under construction, so there may be intermittent noise. The special discount reflects this situation.
Occupying a prized north easterly position with sweeping ocean views from the balcony. This two bedroom apartment in the heart of Tamarama will not disappoint. Presented in an as-new condition with quality modern finishes and appliances following it s recent, extensive refurbishment. This spacious and stylish apartment has it s own private entrance, car parking and truly epitomizes classic Tamarama beachside living. The luxury family bathroom features an impressive walk in shower as well as a bath, all with top quality fittings and finishes. There is an additional private laundry room attached to the unit with washing machine and drier a perfect place to store your surfboards.
While golden sands, turquoise waters and perfect waves make Tamarama and Bondi Beach iconic Sydney attractions, there is plenty to do beyond the surf. Fine dining, eclectic shopping markets, gorgeous coastal walks and a buzzing nightlife can all be experienced in Bondi, now one of Sydney s most exciting emerging restaurant scenes.
At any time of the year, Bondi Beach has a bustling morning, late afternoon and night-time scene. Enjoy a tasty coffee and some breakfast before walking the Bondi to Bronte coastline

The place is amazing- beautifully appointed and a lovely view of the water from the deck. There was a nice breeze so we didn’t need AC or fans. Great location close to the beach & coastal walks. Stores and transportation were a short walk away. Would recommend this place in a heat beat.

The place is lovely although… we booked for a week and there were supplies (like a sponge, toilet paper, trash bags, and dish wash liquid) that just weren’t enough. We had to go shopping for such supplies which was mildly inconvenient. The main pain point was the level of construction going on adjoining properties. Next door was under construction, with the street filled with their vehicles and lots of noise (and builders very close to the bathroom window). Immediately between the balcony and the view was a demolition site, and on our third day the place was crawling with guys in hazmat suits breaking down the roof (not even 30 feet away).

Pleasant stay !Once inside the homestay very nice .Annoying outside light that would not turn off .while we were there a cold snap and found the bedrooms cold .over all comfortable
