Relax in a nice atmosphere. In spring / summer on the beach or in the garden. In autumn / winter on long walks in the nearby dune forest and then by the fireplace or in the sauna. You can do all this and much more in our thatched house "Findling" on the sunny island of Rügen.
The cottage "Findling" with a thatched roof offers plenty of space for a large or two families. The garden is fenced, so that the smaller children can play around freely and in just 5-7 minutes you can walk to an 8 km long sandy beach, where the family can play in the water or swim in the Baltic Sea. The house in a quiet location invites you to linger and relax. The modern maritime flair runs through the house down to the last detail and exudes pure cosiness.
It is located directly on the dune forest with various hiking and cycling trails. From here you can explore the Great Jasmund Bodden on foot or cycle to Cape Arkona, the Jasmund National Park, Sassnitz, Prora or Binz.
Up to 7 adults or 6 adults and 2 children can stay in 4 bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a spacious living / dining area with flat screen TV with satellite reception, DVD player and Bluetoth stereo. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, island, oven, fully automatic coffee machine, additional coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Also on the ground floor there is a sauna and one of the bathrooms with a floor-level rain shower. You will also find a washing machine and dryer here.
Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, three of which are equipped with double beds (1.80x2.00 or 1.60x2.00). The fourth room has a youth bed that can be pulled out to 1.60x2.00. Two of the rooms have flat screen TVs. In addition, there is a large bathroom on the upper floor with a floor-level rain shower and a double bathtub.
The 137 square meter house has tiled floors with underfloor heating in all rooms. Fast WiFi is available everywhere.
The house is situated on a plot of approx. 540 sqm and offers a lot of space to relax or to romp with a spacious, southwest-facing terrace and a large lawn area. High-quality garden furniture, which enable you to spend an outdoor summer, as well as a beach chair and sun loungers are ready for you.
The holiday area is located near the central Kurplatz in Glowe, where there are many gastronomic offers, from a fish roast kitchen to the well-known restaurant "Ostseeperle". Sports activities such as windsurfing or fishing trips can also be booked here. A riding stable with Icelandic horses is also within walking distance.
