Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with dinette, electric cooker (2 plates), refrigerator (50 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 3 persons. You have access to the balcony. Bathroom 4 sqm, not heatable and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.

Malinska. The holiday flat is located on a 500 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives only occasionally in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 10 m). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
