Set in its own 9 acres of pristine tropical jungle and overlooking the Pacific Ocean... this is truly paradise! The unique design of Villa Brisas del Cabo makes this a very special place for guests. Access is via a private road with an electronic security gate ensuring both privacy and seclusion to guests.
Winner of 2019 Central and South America property awards for ‘Best Architecture’ this stunning villa enjoys vaulted ceilings and an overall captivating design. It takes full advantage of both indoor and outdoor tropical living and spectacular breathtaking panoramic views. We are blessed with sea breezes which flow through the house as per our design.
Each bedroom has air conditioning and a ceiling fan. En-suite bathrooms are generously proportioned, each enjoying double wash hand basins and large walk in showers
A key design consideration was to make this a space, whether inside or out, one where families and friends can socialize easily and comfortably. Table tennis has become a popular pastime at Brisas del Cabo bringing different generations together. If you need a little quiet time then each of the three bedrooms has its own separate seating area. Perfect for taking time out to reflect, read a book, or simply relax and enjoy the view. Alternatively, we also have a thatched rancho built above the jungle, ideal for relaxing and watching the birds beneath you or the ocean ahead. A perfect spot for the first coffee of the day or a cocktail to watch the magnificent sunsets.
The villa boasts a gorgeous tropical garden with lawns on which to relax. You are encouraged to walk around the gardens of the property which is a haven for wildlife. Located next to the Cabo Blanco Natural Reserve means we have many wildlife visitors to the grounds. We regularly are visited by Howler and Capuchin monkeys, Pizote, Anteaters, Armadillos as well as a wide variety of birds. Don’t forget to look out to sea. We are on the route for migrating humpback whales! These magnificent creatures often choose the area directly in front of the property to rest for a day or so before continuing their journey. So do please make use of the binoculars we provide.
World class surfing beaches are nearby in Playa Carmen, Santa Teresa and Playa Hermosa. This area is home to the most magnificent beaches on the Pacific Coast. All 3 are on our doorstep. Activities in the area also include horse riding, zip lining, off-shore fishing, Stand-up Paddle Boarding, Yoga, Pilates and ATV adventure tours. Private massages and yoga sessions can be arranged at the house on the many patios, in the rancho or in your room.
Many of our guests have demanding lives so we are here to offer you, your friends or family help and advice whether it’s travel plans, booking activities or restaurant reservations and car/ATV rentals. This concierge service will help guide you to get the best from your time with us without the stress or worry.
We have hi-speed fibre optic WiFi and there is plenty of room should you need a quiet space to work.
You will need either a 4 x 4 or an ATV to get around.

A flawless experience at Brisas del Cabo! From booking the reservation, to directions to the house, and a personalized arrival and gourmet dinner. Brisas del Cabo is a slice of paradise in Mal Pais. The managers Phillip and Julie and their staff made our stay delightful. Every aspect of Brisas del Cabo has been designed and maintained at a first class level, my wife and I have travelled the world and Brisas del Cabo is now tops on our list. Thank you Phillip and Julie for a wonderful stay.
