About this house rental
Holiday home with whirlpool and sauna located by the Limfjord with the most beautiful panoramic view of the fjord and the scenic area from both house and grounds. The house is modernly furnished, and in all rooms with tiles there is underfloor heating. The house is heated with air-to-air heat pump and wood stove. The 125 m2 house is well furnished and equipped with everything in white goods such as washing machine, dryer, dishwasher m.m. The house has 2 TVs, DVD player, PlayStation and wireless internet. There are four good bedrooms and a loft with two beds. The cottage is located on a 3900 m & # 178; large natural plot with sandbox and with approx. 100 m to the fjord and beach. 65 m & # 178; open terrace and 10 m & # 178; covered terrace. It is possible to prepare the food outdoors in the outdoor kitchen, which is equipped with a charcoal grill and sink with running water and drain. The house's interior kitchen is equipped with i.a. fridge / freezer, induction hob, convection oven, microwave and dishwasher. There are 2 bathrooms with shower and 2 toilets. Sauna with space for 4 people and whirlpool for 2 people are located adjacent to the house's large bathroom.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
