About this villa rental
Villa Livia is located between the famous spa of Loutra Edipsou and the peculiar fishing village of Ilia.
The property, with a wonderful view and just a few footsteps from the sea, is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature.
On the upper floor we have 3 bedrooms:
- the master room with its private bathroom and a king size bed
- a second room with a king size bed
- a third room with twin / single beds
All the above have air condition and access to a wide terrace with a stunning sea view.
The second and the third room have their share bathroom with sink, shower, bidet and wc.
Downstairs a living room with a lovely fireplace, a dining room, a separate kitchen and a small toilet with sink, wc and laundry.
On the outside a big porch and the private pool with sea water.
In the morning you will wake up with birdsong and enjoy the sunrise from both the terrace, that you access from the bedroom, and comfortably under the porch and under the gazebo.
If you like sleeping, you will wake up later by the intense song of the cicadas that populate the numerous olive trees in the area.
The sea is visible from every room of the house.
Swimming will be unforgettable: you can enjoy the private pool or take a swim in the crystal-clear sea that is just 20 meters from Villa Livia.
Recently a bioclimatic pergola, with large opening windows, was added. The new structure offers an additional service to guests : a mini pool with hydromassage to spend magic moments surrounded by greenery, with a sea view; a dry sauna with infrared.
The property has plenty of space for parking several cars.
All rooms are elegant, sophisticated and were designed thinking about every detail.
If you are into nightlife and parties all around, this might not be the best choice.
On the other hand, if you are looking for a magical place, surrounded by nature, with all comfort you can think of, Villa Livia is the perfect place for your next holiday.

Francesco and Anna Lucia’s villa is a magical place. Set in a secluded location with stunning views over the gulf and distant mainland. The villa itself is very well appointed with a great pool and hot tub and numerous outdoor spaces around the pool and house for relaxing and dining. The villa and grounds are very well maintained by Maki and the cleaners, who are very discreet. All in all we had a fantastic stay, so relaxing and peaceful, yet with plenty of opportunity for swimming in the pool (and the gulf from the private beach), kayaking, relaxing in the hot tub after visiting the local sights.

Francesco hat uns freundlich und mit vielen Infomationen zu Land und Leuten empfangen. Das Haus war wunderschön, sehr sauber, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wird. Wir durften Obst vom Grundstück ernten. Der große Pool war genau das richtige in der Hitze, aber der private Zugang zum Meer war auch nur a. 60m entfernt. Überrascht wurden wir mit einem Whirpool, der pünktlich zum Zeitpunkt unserer Anreise in einem Glashaus neben dem Wohnhaus fertig gestellt wurde. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans cette magnifique villa. L'endroit est un havre de paix. La maison est encore plus belle que sur les photos et le service meilleur que dans un hôtel (la femme de ménage est venu 2x par semaine et n'a pas seulement nettoyé mais aussi changé le lit et les serviettes). Sincèrement la grande classe. La maison est parfaitement équipée. La climatisation dans la chambre était efficace et très silencieuse (indispensable).
Les propriétaires Francesco et Anna-Livia vivent sur la propriété (dans un appartement sous la piscine) et sont super gentils et d'une grande générosité. Le mot d'ordre pour eux est de faire plaisir et ils souhaitent que tout se passe bien pour leurs hôtes. La piscine est un régale et Francesco la nettoie tous les jours; la cerise sur le gâteau est l'accès à une petite plage privée en bas de la maison avec un kayak. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et nous sommes revenus bien reposés.
