Wszystko było wysprzątane, sprawne i na swoim miejscu. Widoki z tarasu świetne, okolica cicha i spokojna (jak cała Kudowa), a sąsiedztwo wręcz nieodczuwalne. Wyposażenie kuchni również nie zostawia nic do życzenia. Właściciele sympatyczni i bezproblemowi, są do dyspozycji w razie problemów i chętnie pomogą czy doradzą. Cena jak najbardziej adekwatna do zastanej sytuacji.
To trochę czepianie na siłę biorąc pod uwagę rodzaj i umiejscowienie nieruchomości. Kiedy dom jest w większości obłożony zaczyna brakować miejsca na parkingu. Lokalizacja mocno utrudnia również możliwość dojścia do niej pieszo osobom o gorszej kondycji ze względu na położenie na wzgórzu

- pokój z balkonem - wielkość pokoju odpowiednia dla dwóch osób - stoliki z krzesłami na zewnątrz i altana - duże łóżko
- niezbyt czysto (sporo pajęczyn i pająków, stolik w pokoju miał piasek w swoich wiklinowych elementach, niektóre sztućce niedomyte) - bardzo cienkie ściany - nieprzyjemny zapach w łazience - brak ostrych noży w wyposażeniu aneksu - brak herbaty
