About this house rental
Escape civilisation to this incredible and peaceful getaway! located right on the Murray river, reconnect with nature and disconnect with technology in your own private double story luxury townhouse, with your own private deck overlooking the Murray river just 15 minutes out of Moama, off Perricotta road, Murray Rivers Edge, is at Deep Creek Marina, surrounded by over 100 houseboats .
Situated right on the Murray you can just relax by the communal pool, play tennis at the tennis court or shoot hoops at the basketball area, bring your boat or jet ski because the boat ramp is only 300 metres away, and parking for your boat or JetSki, is right out the front, on the Murray, on out private pontoon , in front of the house, or walk or cycle on the many trail tracks in the area, perfect position is on the back deck to watch the Southern Eighty or Barry Beahag ski races, there are many wineries in the area and Rich River golf course is ten minutes drive, and offer a free courtesy bus for 12 or more people, Moama RSl will pick up guests in their courtesy bus, for free, if there are 6 or more adults.
Deep Creek marina hotel is two hundred metres away, Perricotta station is a ten minute drive, and perfectly located for wedding accommodation, the newly opened aqua park is a five minute walk, there is always something to do in Echuca/Moama, but when you"ve finished for the day it's always nice to return to the unit for a spa in our 6 seater spa, and relax watching the sun set in the country.
The unit offers 3 large queen bedrooms, the master with its own ensuite and spilt system air conditioner, with a beautiful view overlooking the Murray River, the other two queen bedrooms share a bathroom between them that also includes a bath, upstairs is the extra large bunk room with six single beds ( two sets of bunks and two trundle beds ), also offering a split system air conditioner,
the entertainment area up stairs has a media room with DVD player and dvd's supplied for your viewing also games like scabble and trivia pursuit etc, we offer free wifi for keeping up with your social media and emails.
The kitchen and butlers pantry are large enough to cope with
a large group or family as is the twelve seater dining table, large lounge suite with wall mounted 65 inch smart tv, central air conditioning, there is a bbq on the deck as well .

Group of 12 stayed and we all loved it. Plenty of room, modern fittings , clean , comfy beds and peaceful location with the best view overlooking the Murray .
The outdoor deck area is awesome
Fair way out of town but the location and peace and quiet it’s worth the drive.
Highly recommend this this house for a great getaway

We enjoyed our stay over three nights, but were disappointed that the spa wasn't working (the main reason we booked the house), the dishwasher was broken, one of the gas burners on the stove, the upstairs shower we couldn't use and one of the split systems in the bedroom didn't work. Communication with host was excellent however and we were aware of some of these things before our stay. House is well set up for large groups or multiple families but just needed some maintenance issues sorted out before rented out again, we did receive a discount on our stay. Cleanliness of the property wasn't great on arrival (drink bottles under beds, rubbish under coffee table). Be aware that it's 20 minute drive into Echuca/Moama also. We had our own boat though so was handy with the marina.
