Single living space is excellent. Pull out couch available for extra guest which is nice for last minute guest. Very clean. Third floor with no elevator is a little much but overall space with outside deck is nice.

Overall the residences was clean, a little TLC needed in the bathroom. Plenty of space, nicely decorated. We were surprised that the sliding glass doors didn’t lock. It said no dogs allowed, but there was a lot of dog hair left behind. Meagan our guest contact was great. We would definitely by back

I stayed here for 5 days with my wife and 8 month old for the Heritage Golf tournament. The location for Harbour Town is excellent and the unit itself was easy enough with the villa amenities a nice addition (pool and tennis). We did notice, as other reviews have mentioned, that the unit is in need of a deep cleaning. Several areas of the home or appliances appeared dirtier than expected. It was also missing key essentials when we arrived, such as any hand soap for the bathroom or kitchen. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but would bear these details in mind when booking.

Our 2nd time staying at this condo. Great location for golf. Updated condo in most areas. Cleaning needs more of just cleaning the surface. The cleaners forgot to clean appliances, windows, doors, walls, utensils in drawers were dirty. Other things discussed with those in charge. If all this is improved you will have a great place to stay but we probably wont stay there again.
