Our beautiful home offers you 1,660 square feet of well-appointed space in the heart of East Nashville! WALK to some of East Nashville's hottest spots! Edley's BBQ, Yeast Nashville, Butcher & Bee, Basement East and Smith & Lentz Brewing...just to name a few...are ALL within a 5-10 minute walk! Our home is thoughtfully decorated and set up with all the amenities you would find in a hotel but better :) (Please see our complete amenities list on the listing). Although we don't serve breakfast, there is complimentary coffee, tea and light snacks.

🎈 Decorations No glitter or confetti, please—they may seem like a sparkly dream, but they turn into a housekeeping scream! NO decorations on Wallpaper! Please remove all decorations before departure

🤫 Quiet Hours We ask that you respect our neighbors by keeping outdoor noise levels down.

🚭 No Smoking Smoking is not allowed inside, or within 25 feet of the property. If you smoke outdoors, please stay clear of the house and keep windows and doors closed to avoid odors inside. A $500 fee will apply if smoke of any kind is detected in the home.

🛠️ Breakages We get it—accidents happen! If anything breaks or gets damaged during your stay, just give us a quick heads-up. We’d rather hear from you than find a surprise later. Thanks for keeping things thoughtful and honest—it goes a long way!

🧼 Excessive Mess The cleaning fee does not cover excessive mess. We truly value and respect our cleaning team— and we ask that you do too by leaving the space in good condition. We would never want our cleaners to walk into a disaster or be exposed to anything unsanitary or disrespectful. Please follow our easy check-out instructions in this welcome book to avoid additional fees. Thanks for helping us keep things country-cool, classy, and cozy!

⏰ EARLY CHECK-INS OR LATE CHECK-OUTS: Early check-in or late check-outs must be PRE-ARRANGED. We have our cleaners scheduled at specific times and are unable to make last minute changes. Any non pre-arranged late check-outs will result in withholding of deposit. The only way we can guarantee an early check-in is if the night prior to your stay is available, we can block it off for you at half the price. Same goes for late check-out, if there is no one booked the night of your check out date, we can block off the night for you for a guaranteed late check-out at half the price.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire house with the exception of any locked closets.



The Neighborhood:

Our home is located in one of the hippest and trendiest areas of Nashville! East Nashville thrives on small, local businesses and boutiques, with many great restaurants and local sports or craft beer bars. There are also bike and walking trails in Shelby Bottoms Nature Greenway and Park.



Getting Around:

Uber and Lyft are GREAT to use in Nashville. They're always about 2 min. away when you are ready to request, and you can get just about anywhere in Nashville for $10 or less. If you decide to rent a car, the driveway can only park two small cars.

** While staying with us, PLEASE make sure ALL doors are shut and locked when not in use! PLEASE do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street. Nashville is a BIG city so please make sure to be vigilant with our property and yours!!

**We do NOT host local guests** A lot of time, care, and money has been put into this home that we LOVE. I only want to have the best guests who will respect my property AND my neighbors. Not looking for rowdy crowds to stay here!

I'm available via messaging through the booking site during the entire booking process up until you arrive. I travel a lot so my friend, Steph, will be your point of contact DURING your stay in Nashville. She's just a text away should you need anything during your stay - please do not reach out to her PRIOR to your stay as you will be working with me (the owner).



You will have a detailed guest book available at the property with tips on how to work the TV's, trash, check-out instructions, and will also serve as a local guide for my favorite restaurant and bar recommendations.
