This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The floors could use a deep cleaning. S[nce the toilets are low profile it would be nice to have a grab bar to assist us older guys getting up. We had a very good stay otherwise.

Just a fun getaway with daughter and 2 granddaughters. The girls loved the pool. Could barely get them out. Condo was nice a couple of stains on the carpet but everything else was great.
