Located on the 6th floor of a secure residence with elevator, this 80m² apartment has been completely renovated with quality finishes and designer furniture. The living space includes a large room with a lounge area equipped with a leather sofa, two magnificent designer armchairs and a flat screen TV; a dining table for 4 people and a modern fully equipped kitchen. The room is fully open through sliding doors onto the wooden terrace offering panoramic ocean views. Whether you are reading a book on the sofa, simmering a dish in the kitchen or simply sitting at the table for your lunch, you will have a view of the horizon over the ocean as far as the eye can see.
You can enjoy the terrace at any time of the day: to share your breakfast, do your workout or yoga, sunbathe on the deckchairs or admire the sunset at aperitif time.
