Das Haus hat Charme, der Wohnbereich und das Schlafzimmer mit den Alkovenbetten sind sehr gemütlich. Im Garten ist viel Platz um z.B. Ball zu spielen. Die Lage ist wirklich toll, in weniger als 5 min ist man zu Fuß am Sandstrand. Check in und out mit Schlüsselbox funktionieren sehr gut.
Das Haus ist tlw in einem etwas vernachlässigtem Zustand. Uns brach am 2. Tag der unsachgemäß befestigte Handlauf der Treppe ab. Die Kommunikation mit Novasol ist furchtbar. Ich hatte Bettwäsche gebucht, kurz vor der Reise stand in der Novasol App, dass für dieses Haus Bettwäsche nicht verfügbar ist. Wie wir dann herausfanden kann man Bettwäsche im Novasol Zentrum, das 10 Auto-min entfernt ist abholen, aber die Kommunikation via App, Buchungslink und Chat Support ist vollkommen widersprüchlich und telefonisch ist keiner erreichbar wenn man Hilfe braucht. auf E-Mails kommen automatische Antworten nach frühestens 2 Tagen.
