Cal Secretari, 17th century rural house in Vilaür, 15km from Costa Brava beaches

Cal Secretari is a charming large house located on the medieval wall of Vilaür. We have conditioned a part, the attic, creating a unique, cozy, original and spacious environment. Also the first floor where the kitchen is, a toilet, a large living room and a third bedroom with bathroom. There is a fireplace in the kitchen and a closed fireplace that heats up a lot in the living room. There are two terraces available, one on each floor, with beautiful views of the Alt Empordà and the upper part of the town, full of cataloged houses and beautiful gardens.
The house is in the town square, all paved pedestrian and ideal for outdoor activities.
Vilaür is a small, quiet village. He stands out for its beauty and its stone houses. It is close to the beaches of L'Escala, Sant Martí d'Empúries, Sant Pere Pescador ...
You can stroll to the Fluvià river of great beauty.
