El apartamento está equipado con todo lo necesario para pasar una buena estancia.

La ducha era muy pequeña, era casi imposible ducharse. El acceso al apartamento, no es muy fácil. No tuvimos las indicaciones del acceso a la vivienda, con anterioridad, tuvimos que llamar nosotros y en ese momento nos dieron las instrucciones.

there are no shops in that area (only one really expensive one with cash-only) so be prepared to do shopping before arriving there

I usually write my reviews a few days after I have left the place, out of respect for the establishment being reviewed, where small things can matter excessively. On the positive side, it can be noted that Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and other amenities worked, and the place is located close to the water, with a small shop about a 10-minute walk away

We visited Villa Riva in July 2025 and stayed for five nights. If I start with whether the description, both in text and pictures, matches reality, the answer is no. The ground-floor apartment we were given does not clearly show that the only place to stay was in the yard parking lot, close to the road. This misrepresentation affects the overall impression negatively. Additionally, upon arrival, it was noticed that an electrical outlet was hanging out of the wall in the kitchen, the cord to the electric kettle was damaged, and the cord to the washing machine was taped together and wrapped with tape. Overall, some aspects did not give a good or safe impression upon arrival. Having a washing machine could be a plus, especially if there had been a drying rack where clothes could dry. In addition, shortly before departure, we were met by the landlord who charged us 22 euros in tourist tax, an amount that according to our receipt from Booking.com had already been paid, a practice that is not compatible with proper behavior on the part of the landlord.
